Friday: What are you eating?
B - oatmeal (I'm telling you it really does a good job keeping the plumbing working)
S - protein drink
L - bad bad bad - I had McDonalds (just count stand the thought of more tunafish) so I had a dbl cheeseburger no bun, apple dippers, and I've got a large tea to nurse on now.
S - nuts
D - Well dh is coming home so we'll be making home made pizza. I make it with white crust, but it's super thin crust with no big crust edge like regular pizza.
S - protein drink - I've noticed some hair coming out again so I'm going back to two protein drinks per day.
water - perhaps I'm not doing well in this department. Today I feeling quite poor. Lightheaded, shaky, eyes are fighting to focus. I think this is not enough water.
vits - I'm on it
Exercise - I'm thinking about it, but that's about it.
B-SB breakfast wrap
L-Taco salad (one hour later a cup of choc. carb countdown milk)
S-Ka****LC bar and a banana
D-going out to Chilis-having the grilled salmon with black beans and steamed broccoli(this is a huge dish so I know Ill be having this again for lunch tomorrow)
S-cut up cantalope (if Im still hungry, dinner is at 8)

Pre-B: Protein shake (12 oz one - 1.5 scoop) made w/ coffee
B: Deli ham and 2 slices of muenster cheese
L: Chicket cutlet (breaded mostly w/ parm cheese)
S: Protein shake (8 oz one - 1 scoop)
D: Shrimp w/ lemon and ****tail sauce, green beans w/ butter and almonds on top
S: Protein shake, Blue Bunny SF ice cream (maybe)
Water: 60 oz in already
Vitamins: Got calcium to finish up today
