D - baked salmon patty, salad, fruit, fudgsickle

exercise: I think I'll do a step aerobics tape tonight followed by upper body weights and ab work
ok lunch was turkey,swiss, lettuce, tomatoe and cucumbers on a whole grain roll, This sandwich was huge, and the nutritional info listed it at 294 calories. If thats the case, then I want one everyday! Well 3/4 of one! Adding that with my 2 slimfasts I still have about 300 cal to play with to make it to 1000. The slim fasts optimas are great. they really do control hunger. There are only 10 gram of protein for 190 calories, but it is really filling. Im only doing them for a wek though, they were on sale at Path Mark. Now that summer is coming to an end, Im going to retire nectar for a while, its no longer filling. Gonna switch to Worldwide ready to go shakes. Same calories as slimfast and 25g protein.
b - 1/2 whole grain bagel with cream cheese
s- protein drink
l - banana with pb (and three small cookies)
s - oatmeal
d - ??? don't know the kids are having sloppy joes, but that's too spicy for me now, probably I'll just open another can of tuna - yup, boring!!!!

I'm just trying to stay away from food today. DH comes home tomorrow for the weekend!!!! So this week, I've only had one really BAD food day.

D-Homemade chicken pot pie with steamed asparagus
S-slice of SF mock cheesecake with fresh raspberries on the side(2bx cheesecake SF FF pud mix prepared as directed, tub Free cool whip, 8oz FF cream cheese all mixed together and poured into a RF graham cracker crust) YUMMO!

I was in Detroit last night and today, but did pretty well all things considered...
B 1/2 a 3 egg ham and cheese omlet, 1/2 slice rye toast and some asparagus
S - protein bar
L - 1/2 a ham and swiss on a croissant, 3 or 4 sun chips
S - handful of gardettos, some pb crackers
D - chinese buffett - no rice or noodles, mostly chicken and broccoli
Water - did pretty good, but a lot of coffee, too
vits - all but my nightly calcium and extra dose of B12
