Wednesday: What are you eating?
AM - 2 cups of hot tea
B - Atkins protein shake
L - Atkins protein shake
S - some raw baby carrots and probably a protein bar
D - baked salmon patty, tossed salad, and something for dessert
no food after dinner
vits and meds: done
water - 100 oz of liquids
exercise - 60 minutes of cardio - no toning or weights
Morning: Protein shake on my drive to work (no gym today - resting my back/hip/leg which is pitching fits)
Breakfast: Cup o' joe. Leftover this and that. A few bites of Costco chicken salad. A few bites of baked chicken breast. If that isn't enough to satisfy me... a piece of provolone.
Lunch: More chicken - this time schnitzel made by Mr. Rich. Breaded but mostly parm cheese with one dash of breadcrumbs. I'm going to start clucking soon... very soon.
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: Not sure yet.
Snack: Strawberries w/ cream cheese SF chocolate dip, Protein shake
Vitamins: Haven't started yet except had calcium in morning shake. Will get the rest started after breakfast.
Water: A few sips in - that's all. Gonna work on that. Hope to get at least 60 oz of pure water in.
Exercise: Taking a day off from the gym. Not sure if I'll do anything at home tonight.

d - no clue, hubby comes home this afternoon so it depends what he has in mind.
water: I've got in 20 oz and will start working on the next bottle shortly
vits: didn't get on these this morning, so now I'm behind
exercise: still not up to doing anything thing here

exercise: gardening, vacuuming whole house and packing up several bags of clothes for support group ( sure looks empty without those piles of outgrown clothes)
It is such fun to see the new pre-ops descend on the clothes exchange -
remember when the weight was dropping so fast you needed a new size every other week
