Friday: What are you eating?

AM - two cups of hot tea b - protein shake and carb control yogurt l - Pure protein bar, yogurt, and a lil cooked squash s - probably another protein bar or maybe some oatmeal d - dinner at my sister's and she ALWAYS serves baked chicken and salad. I'll probably throw in a s/f pudding or popsickel for dessert. No food after dinner! Vits - hopefully, I'll remember to take them today - totally forgot yesterday! liquids - 24 oz already down will shoot for another 60 or so exercise - planning about 30 minutes of cardio followed by upper body weights

Mornin' Sunshine! (Stay away from that Ambien, ya hear?) Pre-Gym: Protein shake (1.5 scoops) mixed w/ coffee Post-Gym: Protein shake (1 scoop) mixed w/ water Breakfast: Cup o' joe, 2 deviled eggs Lunch: 1/2 deviled egg (last of 'em), meat pizza (beef is the crust) Snack: You guessed it... protein shake (1 scoop) Dinner: Not sure yet Snack: Yet another protein shake Vitamins: Working on 'em. It takes time to get the doses in there. Liquids: 16.9 oz Propel plus 20 oz already in. Will work on more! Exercise: Lower body weights, 1 hour on treadmill - heart rate speed pgm 3.49 mi. Kathy

b - oatmeal s - protein drink l - McDonalds - 2 pieces of chicken select and an apple dipper s - banana with peanut butter d - ?? probably homemade pizza s - protein bar or a protein drink hhhhmmm, I'm not seeing any veggies on the menu for today. Guess I'll have to through in a salad with my pizza tonight. Exercise: haahaahaa, I put on a jogging suit today, that's as far as it went though! (isn't it supposed to be the thought that counts????) lol Water - I've done about 30 oz so far today, will be sure to get in the rest too!!

Howdy! Pre B - Protein Shake B - 2 eggs, bacon S - 1/2 protein bar L - salad with cottage cheese and other fixin's S - 1/2 protein bar S - ham, cheese, 2 ww crackers S - latte - my first one all week! D - dunno... probably salad Water - good! Vits - good!

breakfast-iced coffee lunch-chix veg soup, and turkey and swiss on a bed of greens snack-coffee dinner-salad I'm out of protein, I took my am dose of vitamins, left the rest at hone (working til 9) and as far as exercise....does shopping count???? I got some really cute things!
