What are you eating today - Thursday

I've getting back to more normal foods after spending three days on the road eatting junk. b - oatmeal (keeps the plumbing working well) s - protein drink l - jr bacon cheeseburger with no bun; 1/2 of a side salad s - oatmeal cookies (I know, I know... but they were crunchy and I CRAVE crunchy) d - banana with peanut butter s - will be another protein drink I'm a little low on water today. I need one more 20 oz bottle. Exercise - nada!! I've been absolutely horrible about getting back on track after my tt surgery.

Pre-Gym: Protein shake (made w/ coffee) Post-Gym: Protein shake (made w/ water) Breakfast: Cup o' joe, 1 deviled egg Lunch: Salad greens, deli ham, deli turkey, provolone w/ jalapeno ranch dressing Snack: Power crunch protein bar (that is hurting me), 2 slices provolone to drown my hurt Dinner: Meat pizza (ground beef acts as the crust to hold toppings) Snack: Protein shake Water: 16.9 oz Propel, 40 oz water... need to do better Exercise: Upper body weights, stability ball push-ups, 1 hour cardio treadmill strength program Vitamins: Need another shot or two of calcium and I'm done.

Based on Kathy's advice, I experimented with my carb levels today... Pre B - Nectar Protein Shake B - 2 scrambled eggs with cheese MS - Detour protein bar L - small salad with regular fixings, 1/2 cup pasta salad AS - turkey, cheese and 2 ww crackers D - 4"x4" piece of lasagna - mostly ate the stuff not the noodles Took my blood sugars before lunch today, it was 79, much better, so that could be the source of all my problems... I'm still going to have my doc run a fasting test on Monday though. To be honest, right now, I'm more concerned about the numbness and cycles... Doing great on water - been averaging about 125 oz a day...

B. coffee w/ protein L. chx stk, yogurt, handful of baked chee-tos S. chz stk , few more baked chee-tos D. 1/2 hamburger on roll w/tomatoes, few chips, 1/2 C applesauce S. 1/2 of hamburger w/out bun , Sf butter pecan Ice Cr. vits 100 oz liquids 1 hr. water walking/jogging
