Wednesday: What are ya eating?
Pre-Gym: Protein shake (1.5 scoops) made w/ chilled coffee
Post-Gym: Power crunch bar
Breakfast: Cup o' joe, 1.5 deviled eggs
Lunch: Salad greens, diced deli ham (1-1.5 oz), diced deli turkey (1-1.5 oz), provolone (1 oz) w/ jalapeno ranch dressing (dipped on tines of fork for each bite)
Afternoon snack: Protein shake (1.5 scoops)
Pre-workout: Protein shake (1 scoop)
Dinner: Meat pizza (ground beef browned drained mixed w/ mozarella cheese and spread out as crust then topped with your favorite toppings - we have some part skim ricotta on there, more mozarella, green peppers and pepperoni which was pre-fried crispy and drained well)
Snack: Protein shake (1-1.5 scoops - we'll see)
Water: 16.9 oz Propel, 3 full 20 oz bottles water, working on the 4th. Hope to get it all in but we'll see.
Vitamins: Need 1 more dose of calcium tonight w/ protein shake.
Exercise: Gym - lower body weights, 1 hours cardio heart rate speed workout. Tonight - chicometrics DVD.

I won't even bother to admit what my food was for Wednesday, I had 11 hours of driving back from Wisconsin today so I ate on and off just to keep busy and stay awake!!!!! (hint: don't take pringles potato chips on a long ride) heeeheeheee
Laurie - who KNOWS Thursdays foods will be MUCH better!!!!!
