What are we eating on Tuesday?
Breakfast- scoop of nectar
lunck- baked chick and mac and cheese
snack-pay day candy bar
another snack- bagel...and yes my pouch does feel as if it will explode, I am soo thristy and I cant even take a sip of water...becuase if I do, its a wrap.
a late dinner will be grilled blue fish
I did a 1/2 hr of cardio, and some weight training. I need one more dose of calcium, and Im at abuout 30 oz of fluid.
Pre-Gym: Protein shake (IDS vanilla cinnamon mixed w/ coffee)
Post-Gym: Power crunch bar
Breakfast: Cup o' joe, two deviled eggs
Lunch: Salad greens w/ 1.5 oz ham, 1.5 oz turkey, 1 oz cheese and jalapeno ranch dressing
Snack: Protein shake (Nectar lemon tea)
Dinner: Meat pizza (ground beef browned and drained mixed with mozarella cheese and laid out like a pizza crust and then topped with your fav toppings and baked til bubbly)

D. 2 sl. pizza toppings w/ end crispy part of crust of 1 sl.

Kathy, you crack me up ! Sometimes you totally catch me off guard with your humor and I love it.
I haven't tried the oatmeal raisin Atk. yet but those chocolate chip granola bars we got at Safeway are kept in a cannister in the pantry so they are not TOO easy to get to - cuz they are soooo delish. Gotta say... better than the power crunch bars ( to me).
