Breakfast-1/2 of pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich lunch-1/2 tuna melt dinner- Baked chicken, yams, and string beans

B-protein shake L-egg salad on high fiber bread, steamed asparagus with butter spray S-protein shake D-dunno yet S-cocoa via bar Candy

B. 1 Eggo wh. wht. waffle w/ PB & J, 20 oz. coffee L. 3/4 green pepper, several slices cukecumber , 20 oz water D. chili and rainbow cornbread, salad w/tomato,cuke & green & red onion w/oil and vinegar and splenda ( can't wait, yummmm) S. tomato on wh. wht. hi fib. bread w/mayo vits Worked 2 hrs. in the garden for exercise 80 oz of water to go today Hugs, Mary

OK, I'm going to start joining in here. B - oatmeal & small banana S - protein drink L - tuna salad on a croissant S - protein bar D - croissant with sf jelly and I've got to have something else too. I plug that in to my fit day account and it gives me 791 calories for the day. UGH!!! I think I'll have a piece of toast with peanut butter on it. Laurie

Pre B - Protein shake B - low carb yogurt, sm apple S - cheese stick, pb crackers L - salad with chicken, egg, cottage cheese, blk olives S - ham, cheese and crackers S - Banana D - homemade mac and cheese (about 2 tbls), 1/2 porkchop, 1 cup salad S - sf icecream
