B. 1 Eggo wh. wht. waffle w/ PB & J, 20 oz. coffee
L. 3/4 green pepper, several slices cukecumber , 20 oz water
D. chili and rainbow cornbread, salad w/tomato,cuke & green & red onion w/oil and vinegar and splenda ( can't wait, yummmm)
S. tomato on wh. wht. hi fib. bread w/mayo
vits
Worked 2 hrs. in the garden for exercise
80 oz of water to go today

OK, I'm going to start joining in here.
B - oatmeal & small banana
S - protein drink
L - tuna salad on a croissant
S - protein bar
D - croissant with sf jelly and I've got to have something else too.
I plug that in to my fit day account and it gives me 791 calories for the day.
UGH!!!
I think I'll have a piece of toast with peanut butter on it.
