Evening: Chicometrics DVD
Tuesday August 1:
Morning: Upper Body Weight Machines, Heart Rate Training Speed Pgm #1 (3.29 miles)
Evening: Carmen Electrics Strip Tease Aerobic Workout (just the instructional warm-up, full warm-up, instructional dance 1 and dance 1)
Wednesday August 2:
Morning: Lower Body Weight Machines, Heart Rate Training Strength Pgm #1 (3.07 miles)
Evening: Chicometrics DVD
Thursday August 3:
Day of Rest!
Friday August 4:
Morning: Heart Rate Training Speed Pgm #1 (3.29 miles)
Evening: Chicometrics DVD
Saturday August 5:
Morning: Lower Body Weight Machines, Upper Body Weight Machines, abs floor and pilates work (just a *****eart Rate Training Strength Pgm #1 (I forget what the mileage was)

Monday Wed., and Friday Swim/water aerobics, 1 hr ea. day
Sat. and Sun 5 hrs. each day working in garden
Real tired tonight, need to get some but the garden is looking good( taking advantage of the drop in temperature and humidity)
More mulching in the early am.
