AM - 2 cups of hot tea B - Atkins protein shake and a nectarine L - Pure protein bar, tossed salad, plum S - I'll be snacking on the run, so probably another protein bar so something I can eat while driving. No crackery or carby stuff though. D - I have a hair dresser appointment after work so I have no idea what time I'll even be home much less what's for dinner. I do have a hankering for some steamed snow crab legs and they're on sale at Giant this week. Hmmmm...... No food after dinner meds and vits: done water: Will shoot for 100 oz of liquids - already have 24 oz under my belt exercise: It's my "light day" so about an hour of light aerobics and no toning

Hi Tracy, You are faithfully calling us into account for our daily food. Thankyou! It does help to have accountability. B. coffee 20 oz. 1/2 wh wht lt. eng. muffin w/pbtr & jam S. grapes L. black bean chili, 1 C. 6 tortia chips S. left over jell w/fruit yummmmm D. will be: steak 3 oz., 1/2 baked potato and salad w/ blue chz dr on side S. 1 c. jello w/ fruit *hope to get in 80-100 oz. vits. Well I thought I was over my bug from Tues. I had a good day yesterday besides feeling a little weak, then boom spent the entire night getting up and down to go podie(at both ends, yuck). Feeling about the same today, if Im not better by tomorrow Im going to be paying the doc a visit. B-protein shake L-half turkey sandwhich, string cheese S-protein shake D-I have no idea, prolly some soup or the like Getting in plenty of fluids, though it seems they are flowing right through me if you know what I mean.... B: 2 protein balls (pb, protein powder, non-fat powdered milk, muesli, splenda) - about 20 grams/protein per ball L: tuna salad on slice of 16 grain toast D: will be meatloaf, green beans, and some sort of potato - probably mashed S: fruit w/ sf whipped cream If I have any other snacks today they will be vegetables and/or fruit. Had problems with snacking last night again - eating something just about every hour - a handful of this, a bite or two of that, etc. - you all know the routine. I've done my a.m. vits and meds. Will be taking my iron and magnesium when I get offline here. P.M. meds with or after dinner. Water: about 30 oz so far, will get lots more in today.

Hey Michelle, Would you mind writing down the amounts of the ingredients in your protein ball recipe? It is different than mine and I like that you add the muesli. Thanks, protein balls are a quick and portable thing to have on hand. Mary
