Hey Kathy! Long time!! I am doing fine. I am at 173 right now, my goal was 190, so just trying not to lose anymore. I am wearing a size 10 in some things but my goal was a size 14, but I am not complaining. I do have some new pics on my profile if anyone wants to take a look! Been working alot lately but that is prolly what keeps me from gaining any weight, believe it or not I do eat the pizzas..but only veggie pizzas on thin crust. I have a new treadmill at home but have not had time to get on it much but I am glad its there so when Winter time gets here I will be ready. Had my 1-year checkup a little late with my surgeon but my bloodwork looked really good so I guess I am taking care of myself. Hope everyone else is doing fine..I will check in when I can!!

Hi Kathy, I'm doing okay too. Need to increase my exercise a lot! Just had blood work done two weeks ago, I was tardy with my 12 month check up. All was good in the results, so I think I mostly need to exercise, exercise, exercise... So wonderful to see everyone looking so good! Wanda

Hey, Wanda! Glad to hear your test results were good. Exercise can be hard to get in but once you can get into a good routine... you can actually miss it. What a strange concept! Nice to hear you are doing well! Kathy

Hey Kath, I'm doing real good. Not at goal and struggling to get there but still real good. I am in the best physical shape of my life and I make good food choices most of the time. I generally do not have grazing issues during the week, but weekends can be a bit touch-and-go with the mindless eating. I am working on converting that mindless eating to mindless sipping - low or no cal beverages of course! I am still a committed (or should I say addicted) exerciser. My goal is 135 (I'm only 5'2" with a small body frame), and I still have over 30 pounds to get there. I am pleased with my progress seeing that I started out at 303 with a BMI of 55.4. I am still clinically obese, though, because my BMI is still slightly over 30 and I still battle high blood pressure. I think BHP is in my genes because everyone in my family has it regardless of their weight. I've been on a nasty plateau for the past two-and-a-half months but hopefully that will be ending soon. Hey, Tracy! Sounds like you are doing excellent. I didn't realize you were 5'2". You look taller in your picture. LOL! I love hearing that you are in the best physical shape your life and making great food choice most of the time. That is what this is ALL ABOUT. I'm here! Still hanging in there. The wedding is one month from today. weeeee! I'm doing an eating coach seminar with a group of nutritionists all day Saturday, to get some good eating tips and stay on track. Still fighting cravings and not exercising enough...but I'm taking vitamins and drinking water. I'm 190 pounds down. Haven't lost much lately and I've never made it to Onederland...but I'm very happy with where I am anyway. Loving life! ~Jules~
