Wednesday: Whatcha eating today?
AM - 2 cups of hot tea
B - Atkins protein shake and a nectarine
L - Atkins protein bar, raw baby carrots, and carb control yogurt
S - weight control oatmeal and some fruit
D - I didn't have my planned "gastric bypass bacon cheeseburger" last night, so I will have it tonight with some type of raw veggies and a s/f dessert.
No food after dinner
meds and vits: done
water: Will shoot for 100 oz of liquids - already have 50 oz under my belt
exercise: between 45 - 60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning and ab work
Well, I had to not eat this a.m. cuz I had to have some blood work done for my TT in SIX DAYS!!!!!!! So, I brought a protein shake with me to drink afterwards as I had some other running around to do.
B: protein shake (1 scoop chocolate Isopure, 1 scoop vanilla Isopure, 10 oz light vanilla soy milk, splash of sf hazelnut syrup, splash of sf caramel syrup)
L: probably a greek salad - I'm craving one of those (ff feta, red onion, black olives, spinach leaves)
D: oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, greens (collard, mustard, spinach)
I'll also probably have some of my fantabulous fruit salad (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, banana, a splash of lemon juice, and slice almonds) with a dollop of sf whipped cream.
That's probably it!

B: Cup o' joe, 2 hard boiled eggs
L: Taco meat (reduced sodium) w/ shredded cheddar
S1: Two slices provolone, protein shake
S2: Few pieces of cantaloupe
D: Salmon (butter and lemon), mashed sweet potato w/ butter and nuts, cinnamon and splenda
S: Protein shake
Vitamins: Final calcium will be with protein shake tonight, rest done
Water: 16.9 Propel, 80 oz plain water, some iced tea
Exercise: All sorts of crap... this morning - lower body weight machines, 1 hour treadmill strength heart rate workout (3.07 mi), lunchtime - 2 laps around parking lots at work plus 1 trip up and down 6 flights of stairs, night - Chicometrics DVD
