Happy August...New Gaol?

My goal is to exercise more. I was so good at it for months and months and then when I reached goal, I slacked off and now nothing. Within the last week I have dona little but nothing like I use to. I am bobbing with my weight(145-150), but know if I would exercise more Id feel better and have a better hold on it. I had attempts of starting fresh on the first but yesterday was sick with a 24hr bug/virus.(Not worried though b/c I only got in like 300cal). So today has been better. Heres to a better month, Candy

Well, some of my other WLS buddies and I have been training for half marathons, and then working up to a full marathon (hopefully next year). We just completed our first 1/2 marathon of 13.1 miles (actually did 13.5 miles). So, we decided that we want to do 14.5 miles next week or the week after. I'd like to be able to walk/jog 15 miles this month. This is so odd to be talking about EXERCISE! When 15 months ago I could hardly walk from my car to my office, and now we're talking walking and jogging miles and miles! I just put some pics up on my profile. Man, I can't believe how big I was. No wonder I could hardly walk. Anyway, congrats on your success and hope you have an awesome 20 yr. reunion. Linda
