Pre-Gym: Protein shake (1.5 scoops w/ iced coffee) After-Gym: Power Crunch bar B: Chicken salad L: 1.5 Hot italian sausages and some peppers and onions S: Protein shake (1.5 scoops) Pre-Workout: Protein shake (1 scoop), few cubes of cantaloupe Dinner: Small "gyro" burger, marinated red onions, homemade tzatziki sauce, piece of provolone S: Protein shake (1-1.5 scoop - haven't decided yet) Can you believe? Only 1 piece of cheese for the whole day? LOL! Vitamins: 1 dose of calcium to take, rest are gone-goodbye Water: 16.9 Propel, 40 oz water, will work on more later - I must do better! Exercise: a.m. Lower body weights, 1 hour treadmill strength heart rate pgm (3.07 mi) p.m. Chicometrics DVD (I'm probably gonna be hurting tomorrow)

B. atkins choco chip granola bar, 20 oz. coffee S. grapes, 20 oz CL L. bologna and lettuce w/ mayo and wh wht hi fiber roll, few pot. chps S. 1 mini bagel w/ lo fat crm chz, 20 oz. iced tea w/lemon D. bologna sandwich w. lettuce, peppers and spinach, pretzels S. sf eskimo pie, grapes, 20 oz iced tea Vits. 80 oz liquids work out in pool

I did great yesterday until it came to last night right before bed...lol PreB - Nectar shake B - low-sugar yogurt, 4 strawberries, 1/4 cup grape nuts S - 1/2 a cucumber, string cheese L - 1.5 cups of lettuce, 4 oz tuna, string cheese S - pb crackers S - peach S - venti iced sf hazlenut nf latte S - granola bar D - 2 pieces of a hye-roller deli sandwhich (about the size of a deck of playing cards, total) S - right before bed, I snagged 2 handfuls of chex mix... sigh Vitamins - missed my multi/iron Water - did WELL over 150 oz - really pushing the water as a coping mechanism to help with the smoking thing Exercise - did a bunch of crunches, squats, etc Kathy - tell me about the chicometrics - I've heard a lot about them, been thinking about trying it out

Had a really good day! (I needed it after my weekend!!!) AM - 2 cups of hot tea and half a cup of coffee B - Atkins protein shake and half an apple L - Pure protein bar, raw baby carrots, and carb control yogurt S - weight control oatmeal, half an apple, and 10 grapes D - 3 oz baked rainbow trout, tossed salad, half a cup of cooked spinach, and s/f fudgsickel with s/f coolwhip for dessert no food after dinner and no grazing!!!!!! meds and vits: done water: I got in just under 100 oz of liquids exercise: one hour of cardio dance followed by lower body toning and ab work
