Sunday: Whatcha Eating Today Folks?
Today hasn't been a banner day for me.
Protein shake (1.5 scoops) w/ chilled coffee, half 'n half and sweet 'n low
2 slice muenster cheese
Frozen Power Crunch bar
Some marinated mozarella balls
Another frozen Power Crunch bar
That's it thus far plus a nibble of my peppers and onions and tzatziki sauce - just tastes.
Tonight dinner: Hazelnut tilapia, sweet potato and green beans
Protein shake before bed
Vitamins: getting there got a few left to take
Water: 16.9 oz in. Working on another. Had some iced tea. Not good.

B: 1/2 egg and cheese wheat english muffin (made with 1 egg, 1 slice white cheddar)
S: 5 cherries, about 1/2 cup fruit salad (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, banana, walnuts and splenda)
L: left over spaghetti made with meat and roasted garlic sauce and Barilla Plus thin spaghetti, slice of wheat french bread and butter
D: roast beef, 2 slices (very thin) white American cheese, on two slices of 100% whole grain bread and a few bites of split pea and ham soup
S: fruit salad and sf cool whip
I've taken all but my last dose of calcium
Fluids: 16.9 oz diet green tea, 20 oz water, 20 oz diet SOBE (citrus flavor) - I will drink another 24+ oz of water as the evening goes on
Exercise - I way overdid it today - I went into my husband's work and helped him sort mail whi*****luded a LOT of really heavy boxes. I am in a lot of pain tonight.
