What are we eating (thurs)
AM - dose of liquid protein, 2 cups of hot tea (15 protein)
B - weight control oatmeal and apple sauce cup (7 protein)
L - retirement luncheon. I think they'e serving shrimp and crab balls, hopefully broiled. I also hope they will serve some raw veggies
S - Pure protein bar and a piece of fruit (20 protein)
D - Grilled chicken breast, tossed salad, s/f jello & coolwhip (20 protein).
PM - Zip, Zilch, Nada, no food after dinner!!!
Vits - Done
Protein - 62 grams
Liquids - want to get in 80-100 oz
Exercise - 60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning and ab work
Woke up starving....
B - 8oz coffee, 1/2 a bacon egg & grilled cheeze sandwich
S - nuts
L - the other half of my breakfast sandwich
S - protein bar
D - some kind of salad with some meat
S - Try not to snack, but if that fails (as it did last night) watermelon
Did my 4 miles this morning

B-2 slices french toast with high fiber bread and SF syrup
S-protein shake after treadmill
L-Applebess grilled shrimp salad
S-sliced peach with free cool whip
D-bean salad over spinach
S-SF pumpkin pie with free cool whip(its in the oven now! I cant wait! We will have it after dinner and whats left will go to my great grandmother-we alternate taking dinner to her with my uncle, shes 92 and loves pumpkin pie. She says she likes it when its my night to bring dinner because my stuff is homemade and my uncle just stops somewhere and picks up a burger or such )

Ughhh... I feel like crap - totally overate this afternoon- on complete autopilot...That'll teach me...
Pre B - AchievOne protein drink

S - Apple and string cheese (my blood sugars plummeted around 10am, I just started shaking like a leaf out of nowhere, hot flashes, the whole nine yards)
L - meatloaf and brussel sprouts
S - mini bag of sun chips
S - (about 1/2 hour later) - cheese, crackers and deli ham - I have no idea why I ate this, I wasn't hungry, and MAAAAAAANNNNN am I paying... I feel horrible...
D - to be honest, I can't imagine eating later... I have class in a little while, might do something light when I get home...

I suspect that oatmeal and 2/3 banana eat together to have caused the sugar crash. Could be too many carbs at one sitting. Not enough protein/fats to slow down the blood sugar rise.
I'd suggest, at a minimum, separating the oatmeal and the banana and eating each with some semblance of protein.

Well, what I WANT TO EAT is everything that is in the house right now. Definitely stress-related.
What I have eaten thus far:
Pre-Gym: Protein shake
Post-Gym: Power crunch bar
B: Cup o' joe, piece of muenster cheese (got to late work after Rich's doc appointment and really didn't get to eat til lunch)
L: Pork dijon followed by at Atkins Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Bar (protein)
S: Piece of muenster cheese, protein shake
What I plan on eating over the course of the evening:
2 slices provolone cheese
Entire box of Green Giant green beans w/almonds w/ some butter on top (BTW the salsa and queso ideas rocks!)
SF blue bunny ice cream pop
Protein shake
We'll see how I do.
Vitamins: Need to get 2 more doses of calcium in, rest are done
Liquids: Sadly 16.9 Propel, 20 oz water. Working on next 20. Need to drink more.
Exercise: 60 minutes of treadmill... heart rate training pgm - strength. 3.09 miles (I'm getting better at keeping my heart rate in check!)

It' s their birthday and the 1st time we've been apart.
So I am very very sad and depressed I ate the pretzels to try to fill up the ache.
It did not work. ( sometimes there's no way around pain except thru it.)
