What are we eating? (Wed)
AM - 2 cups of hot tea
B - weight control oatmeal and apple sauce cup (7 protein)
L - Atkins protein bar, baby carrots, and an applesauce cup (20 protein)
S - Pure protein bar (20 protein)
D - Crab cake crumbled over tossed salad, s/f jello (18 protein). I cooked "a lot" of crab cakes for my mother's birthday party last Saturday and this represents the last of the leftovers, thank goodness!
PM - Zip, Zilch, Nada, no food after dinner!!!
Vits - Done
Protein - 65 grams
Liquids - want to get in 80-100 oz
Exercise - have support group meeting tonight, so no time to workout

Hope to get in 100 noz liq. - fell short yesterday
Plan to swim at noon- looking forward to it too since my only exercise for the last 5 days is digging in the garden 2-4 hrs a day ( hot -n-dirty job ) but the rewards are beautiful
Now if I can just keep those deer from eating my flowers I sprinkled them with Cayenne pepper for the last 2 nts. and no nibbling yet. Hope they get a snoot full. They ate my whole veggie garden: the leaves, veggies - everything ! I think it woke up the sleeping warrior in me

Vitamins: Working my way through 'em.
Liquids: 20 oz down. Working on finishing my 16.9 of Propel. Then on to more water. Glug, glug, glug.
Exercise: Gym this a.m. Upper body and 58 minutes treadmill on my heart rate speed training.
B-spinach and cheese omlet

L-grilled chicken salad with lots of veggies and ff dressing
