AM - dose liquid protein, 2 cups of hot tea (15 protein)
B - weight control oatmeal and half an apple (7 protein)
L - Strive protein bar, baby carrots, and an applesauce cup (20 protein)
S - 2 oz light cheese, one serving of wheat melba toast, and a pickle (14 protein)
D - Crab cake, tossed salad, s/f fudgsickel (12 protein)
PM - Zip, Zilch, Nada, no food after dinner!!!
Vits - Done
Protein - 68 grams
Liquids - want to get in 80-100 oz
Exercise - step aerobics, upper body toning, ab work
B-high fiber cereal and milk
S-muskadines(sp?) YUMMY!
L-egg salad on one slice high fiber ww bread and 1oz. Lays Light Chips
S-weigh****chers yogurt
D-spaghetti(WW noodles and my own homemade sauce with meat)
S-protein shake

no water yet, gotta get started
walked 30 min on treadmill(yeah me!)
no calcium and vits yet but dont worry they are on the menu
A good eating day if I can follow through!

Vitamins: Working on it.
Water: 16.9 Propel. 20 oz water. = 36.9 thus far. Working on next 20 oz. Shooting for at least 80 oz.
Exercise: low body weights, heart rate training on treadmill (1 hour... a slow hour - did 2.27 miles - I said SLOWWWWW ;-D

Protein drink (1-3/4 scoops Isopure chocolate, about 10 oz ff vanilla soy milk, sf hazelnut and caramel syrup) - VERY yummy!!!
S: 100 calorie bag popcorn
All vits, about 60-70 oz water - not much today.
Tuesday was decent for me... At least I stayed away from the sodium:

Vits - did a little better, still missed my evening calcium
Protein - dunno... I think I got at least 60 g

Exercise - nope
Wanted to updat yesterday's food for the sake of accuracy...
S - changed to half a pure protein bar
D - change one crab cake to one and a half crab cakes. They were 3 ounces each, so I had a total of 4.5 ounces of crab cake crumbled over my salad. Still had the fudgesickel with a dollop of s/f cool whip
Exercise - ditched step aerobics and did 4 mile Walk Away the Pounds and upper body toning.
