What are we eating? (Mon)
AM - dose liquid protein, 2 cups of hot tea (15 protein)
B - weight control oatmeal and a cup of melon (7 protein)
L - Atkins protein bar, some leftover tossed salad, and half an apple (19 protein)
S - One baked chicken tenderloin and some raw baby carrots (not sure how much protein - maybe 5)
D - Crab cake, tossed salad, s/f fudgsickel (12 protein)
PM - second dose of liquid protein (15 protein)
Vits - Done
Protein - 73 grams
Liquids - want to get in 80-100 oz
Exercise - 45-60 minutes of cardio (not sure what type) and lower body toning
B-tried oatmeal again, YUCK! so cereal and milk
S-peach sliced with free cool whip
L-a slice of spinach pizza with a small salad with lots of veggies and FF dressing
S-weigh****chers yogurt
D-homemade black bean chilli with sour cream and salsa
S-protein shake with a banana
Candy
40 oz water so far, calcium, vit later
no exercise(I suck at this now)
Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Deli ham, 1 slice muenster cheese
L: Turkey meatloaf ala Emeril (& Rich)
S: Protein shake, piece of provolone
D: Leftover chinese food (Kung Pao), plain green beans ala Green Giant
S: Protein shake
May have an Atkins Protein bar thrown in there someplace. Maybe a SF Blue Bunny ice cream pop in there. Not sure though.
Water: Slim thus far today but need to pick that up.
Vitamins: Working on it.
Exercise: Had a doctors appt so no gym today.
I did really good all day until last night - then I loaded up on salty stuff and gained 2 pounds overnight.... sigh...
Pre B - protein shake
B - lowcarb yogurt and an apple
MS - PB crackers
L - 1/2 a taco salad from the cafe - didn't go down too well
AS - small salad with canned chicken and cheese
AS - low sugar protein bar
AS - pizza combos ( I had class, don't get dinner until about 8)
D - Lean Cuisine Panini, some corn chips and 3 dill pickles - HELLLLLLLOOOO, Sodium!
Vits - missed my evening vits
Protein - did good, off the top of my head, 53 just in supplements, probably about 80 total
Liquids- not bad, again, off the top of my head, about 60oz, could be better
Exercise - nope...
Wanted to update yesterday's food to be accurate:
Every is the same except
S - the same but added half a pure protein bar (15 protein total)
D - the same but added half an ear of corn and substituted about a cup of melon for the fudgsickle
PM - skipped the second dose of liquid protein since I had the half a protein bar with my snack
No Grazing yesterday!!!!!
