What are we eating Friday
breakfast-scoop of nectar with 20 oz water
during my workout I had another
lunch- I made about 8 oz of sauteed chicken strips along with canned jalepeno zesty tomatoes, and low fat mozzarella, ate 1/2 around 12 and finished up the rest around 2
snack- a few peanuts
snac****d coffee with soy and splenda
dinner-ham and turkey on a wheat roll
snack-NECTAR
1 dose of calcium left, 1/2 hr of cardio, 20 min of weight training, and 30 oz pure water along with 40 oz mixed with my nectar.
Today was a strange food day. Nothing sounded or felt good to me. Breakfast was a sf, decaf, soy hazelnut and caramel latte, 24oz.
Lunch was about 3 bites of bbq chicken that was dry (at a picnic), a few bites of potato salad, a few bites of fried rice, and a bag (individual size) of Fritos. Then I brought a cup of fried rice home and at about 1/2 of it (a styrofoam cup full).
Then when I got home I ate a few bites of this berry dessert that I made yesterday and a few bites of sf strawberry ice cream that I made (that totally tore up my stomach - can't do milk again apparently).
Dinner was a few bites of pork roast cooked in the crock pot with low fat cream of mushroom soup and gravy and a few bites of mashed potatoes.
A little while later I had 2 lowfat string cheese.
Then I had a two sf cookies and a few bites of sf blueberry muffins that I made yesterday. Then a few kashi crackers and 2 slices of 2% cheese.
I also had 2 glasses of Beringer White Zinfandel and Chardonnay wine (the best wine in the world!!!)
So, all day I've been kind of a few bites here, a few bites there - no real meals. Can't continue with this behavior.
