How are you eating and exercising on Thursday???

I thought I'd conbine the eating and exercising threads cuz I'm too lazy to start two threads. AM - dose of liquid protein syrup and now drinking my second cup of hot tea. B - weight control oatmeal and strawberries L - Pure Protein bar, tossed salad, and a peach S - no idea.... don't have many groceries in the house. Maybe a couple slices of 2% cheese melted on wheat melba crisps D - Probably one of those frozen filet of sole dinner entrees. Water - will try to get down 100 oz of liquids Meds and Vits - Done Exercise: gave myself the night off last night, but tonight will do 45-60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning and ab work.

Using the word "lazy" in an exercise thread... hmmmm.... PreGym: Protein shake PostGym: Atkins Protein Granola Bar thingie B: Cup o' Joe, 2 hard boiled eggs L: BBQed chicken breast S1: Protein shake S2: String cheese (1 or 2) D: Salmon and green beans S: Protein shake Water: 20 oz down already, going to finish my 16.9 oz of Propel from the gym, then onto more water. Hope to get another 40 oz of water in. Then some decaf iced tea tonight. Vitamins: Will get 'em in there. Already had one dose calcium in my morning protein shake. Exercise: Gym = upper body weights, 15 minutes treadmill

Hi...glad to see someone wants to pick this up. I am still posting the Gym Is Open on the BMI over 50 list. Here is what I did this morning. 45 minutes on the treadmill in 2 different sessions. S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl) Ball Fly with Ring Ball One Arm Press with Ring Grab Ankle leg push down Pec Fly Machine (No seat) Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides Tricep cable pushdowns DB Bicep curl Cable Upright Row Cable Squat I plan on returning to the gym again tonight. I am now going twice a day, with the second trip to the gym being a walking thing as I can no longer walk outside, it is too hot! As far as eating: Before gym: 1/2 protein bar Breakfast: 1 cup ff cottage cheese with tomatoes and 2 slices wasa bread (hard) break: Go lean crunchy bar Lunch: tuna salad sandwich, apple break: yogurt and almonds dinner: chicken and broccoli Hopefully, that is all I will eat today. Hey Lori! How is breaking your cardio into sessions working for you? I never really considered doing that, but it seems like a good option - cardio/strength/more cardio... Also, I've never been to the 50+ BMI board but maybe I'll check it out since my starting BMI was over 50. Thanks!
