What are we eating today??? Sick of eating!
I just tried a new flavor of South Beach Diet wraps. Sesame Chicken. They are very good, and the calorie count/protein ratio is excellent (220 calories -- yes I eat the whole thing -- 21 grams of protein).
I had oatmeal for breakfast (yum, yum).
Dinner will be goat cheese omlette.
There will be a snack in there -- probably fresh blueberries with FF half/half.

B: Light 'n' Fit yogurt with sliced almonds, All Bran with extra fiber and blueberries
L: spinach, ff feta, walnuts, and Newmans light balasamic vinegarette dressing and roast beef on crusty bread with light mayo
D: will be chili with low-fat cheddar, low fat sour cream and tortilla chips
I will have a snack at some point today of some blueberry bread I'm making (no sugar!!)
I've had about 32 oz of water so far and my iron, 2/4 calcium, and multi
B-cereal and milk
L-subway turkey wrap with lays light doritos
3c coffee with splenda, skim milk, and SF caramel syrup
S-weigh****chers yogurt
D-weigh****chers recipe- Spinach/Cheese Lasagna.
S-A concotion off the main board I put together-FF Cream Cheese, SF FF Cheesecake pudding mix, tub of free cool whip all mixed together and poured over crushed SF chocolate cookies (1/2c with some strawberries)
I got in only 20oz of water so far, going to drink another 20oz soon, and probably another between 5:00 snack and dinner
all vits and calcium later
no exercise(Im so lazy now)
