What are we eating on Tues?
AM - just drank 2 cups of hot tea. Contemplating half a cup of coffee, but I don't feel like dealing with the bellyache that will surely follow. I forgot to take my liquid protein syrup this morning, but I won't need it to get the 60 grams.
B - Weight control oatmeal and some s/f applesauce
L - Atkins protein bar, raw baby carrots, and a s/f pudding cup for dessert
S - Pure Protein bar (they're really good, BTW) and maybe some raw veggies
D - Orange roughy, tossed salad, and maybe a popsickel or two.
Misc. - I'm still working on the giant bag of roasted peanuts I bought, so I'm sure I'll have a handful or two over the course of the day. (that's a handful of them still in the shell, which may amount to an ounce or so).
Water - will get in 80-100 oz of liquids
Meds and Vits - done.
Exercise - 45-60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning and ab work
Pre-B: Protein shake
After Gym: Atkins Protein Granola Bar
Before B: Cup o' Joe
B: Stuffed cheeseburger (lightly stuffed with cheese, bacon and jalapeno - nice way to start the day, eh?)
L: Grilled chicken breast
S1: Protein shake
S2: Piece of cheese
D: Taco salad (greens w/ taco meat and cheese and sour cream)
S: Protein shake or bar
Water: 16.9 Propel and 20 oz bottle already down. Working on next 20 oz. Hope to get at least 80 oz of water itself and then some iced tea tonight.
Vitamins: Easing into them.
Exercise: Upper body weights and a bit of cardio/fat burning on the treadmill
