Slider foods
The only food (and I mean only) is Cereal. I can eat a full ramakin (1 cup) with a half cup skim milk. I always say to myself that I'm putting that much in because the dog will get the leftovers (he loves cereal milk), but I find that I inhale most of the bowl.
I still have pain if I eat too fast, to dense or too much (good thing). I've been maintaining 4-5 ounces at a sitting. I add whey protein to my coffee for extra grams.
I have been on one Mother of a Plateau since May... I'm very comfortable at this weight, but I'd like to loose another 50lbs. I have a Nut appointment the first week in August to discuss some options. I'm afraid that half of the 50 I want to loose is in skin... (that would suck)...
I just had my 5th interuption... Time to get to work.
