Snackers Club Report (Weekend)
How did our snackers do this weekend? What are your plans for later today?
I'm doing okay. I haven't been as prone to snacking the past few days. Last night I had thoughts of "perhaps I'll have an Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola Bar" but thought better of it since I just had a protein shake and dinner a few hours before. I think I just simply mentally wanted the sweetness.
Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Last night was pretty good, I believe. We had two of my daughter's friends over last night and I had something in the crockpot all day that wasn't finished cooking at dinner time (I started it late, etc.). So, we decided to get pizza. So, before we go to get it, I INTENTIONALLY ate a banana so that I wouldn't eat as much pizza. I still ended up eating two pieces of a large. After dinner I had one sf cookie.
The rest of the night I did have a mini-croissant (I will be so happy when those are gone) and a very small glass of wine (about 3 oz). That's it!!
I'm eating my lunch right now and honestly, I don't know what I'm going to do for dinner. I may make turkey burgers and have some sunchips with it. Actually that is probably what I will have - with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and spinach.
I will plan a snack of fruit, yogurt, and all-bran (extra fiber kind) cereal mixed in. I will also have a protein drink probably between lunch and dinner sometime.

Ooops.. I put my weekend report in the Friday thread. Oh well, I'll just report it here:
I made the mistake of going to Lexington Market (a historic open air market in Baltimore) on Friday to buy fish for dinner. Going was not the mistake, but it was going when I was hungry! In addition to a lovely piece of rockfish, I bought a "HUGE" bag of fresh roasted peanuts. They literally had just come out of the roaster and were still piping hot. I think it was a 2 pound bag. Sooooo... guess what I munched on all weekend long? Thaaaaat's right, peanuts! I guess there are worse things I could have been eating.
Saturday was not as bad as it could have been because I didn't have anything in the house to snack on - except the peanuts. My sister and I went to the outlets and I did have 2 small sugarfree chocolate pretzels as a snack while we were there. I didn't feel so bad because I walked for five straight hours carrying a load of heavy bags.
Yesterday, I did buy "my mother" some s/f vanilla creme sandwich cookies (I've never seen the s/f vanilla ones before). I put her in parenthesis because I really bought them so I could taste them, but she was the perfect excuse for having them in the house. Anyhoo, I opened them and proceded to eat 6. 30 minutes later, I was dumping my guts out and praying for a quick and painless death. They were "GOOD" but certainly not worth dumping over. I don't know why I couldn't stop at two rather than guzzle down 6.
Lets just say Im glad its Monday!
Friday I did excellent and Saturday morning I gained(not much only .2)
Saturday I had my usual breakfast and then for lunch we had a dinner/family reunion to go to. Heres what I had:lasanga, two tomatoe slices, deviled egg, bean salad, corn. Then a slice of cheesecake(The real stuff-about 45 min later after above listed)
I had a yogurt for a snack then we went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner that evening and I did really good by ordering a petite sirloin and steamed broccoli.
For dessert at home that night I had two weigh****chers lemon cakes(very small things)
Sunday morning I lost a pound(WTF?)
Then I screwed up some more: Had my usual breakfast, Wendys chili and a side salad with two saltines.
Too much popcorn at the movies with butter! Saw Little Man- was absolutely hilarious
For dinner we went to CiCi's Pizza and I had a salad with low cal dressing and 3 slices of pizza, yeah 3. I usually have only 2 but was being a piggy.
Then the worst part, we stopped at Publix and got Tiramisu(for Terry) and then he only ate a little so at 930 guess who was finishing it.
Monday-gained the pound back!
