Snackers Friday Report
So, last night was a bit better, but still not anywhere near where I'd like it to be. After dinner, I had:
mini-croissant with about 1 oz of gouda cheese
yogurt with banana, walnuts, and all-bran (PLANNED snack)
2 pieces of sf lemon/almond/poppy cake (very thin slices)
2 handfuls of cheddar sun chips
MUCH better than usual, but I would rather have ONLY had the planned snack. We'll see how today goes.

The Saturday was not as bad as it could have been because I didn't have anything in the house to snack on.
Yesterday, I did buy "my mother" some s/f vanilla creme sandwich cookies (I've never seen the s/f vanilla ones before). I put her in parenthesis because I really bought them so I could taste them, but she was the perfect excuse for having them in the house. Anyhoo, I opened them and proceded to eat 6. 30 minutes later, I was dumping my guts out and praying for a quick and painless death. They were "GOOD" but certainly not worth dumping over. I don't know why I couldn't stop at two rather than guzzle down 6.
Do you see why I had to have gastric bypass?
