Changes to yesterday's food: s - 2% american cheese, triscuits, and some strawberries. Probably a few too many triscuits, if I'm being honest. Also, as predicted, a few salt free pretzels also managed to get in there! d - add 2 tablespoons of potato salad to the fritatta and tossed salad. water - well over 100 ounces exercise - did a step aerobics class followed by Jane Fonda's 20 minute "full body stretch". My first time doing a full bopdy stretch and it felt really good. I'll have to try to do it at least a couple times per month.
