What are we eating on Monday!
This is my story and I'm sticking to it
pre breakfast-nectar with water
breakfast-3 boiled egg whites
lunch= chix ceasar salad
snack-nectar with water
dinner-4 oz of stripped chicken breast with about 2 tablespoons of zesty diced jalepeno tomatoes
dessert-will treat myself to another nectar protein drink! Whoohoo!
AM - 2 cups of hot tea and half a cup of coffee
b - weight control oatmeal
l - protein bar, baby carrots, 4 oz carb control yogurt
s - no idea - it'll be something healthy, honest!!!\
d - slice of crab frittata, tossed salad, and either a s/f jello or a s/f pudding or a s/f fudgsickle for dessert
vits and meds - all in except calcium - will take that later
water - I expect to exceed 80 oz
exercise - planning on one hour of cardio (either cardio dance or Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge) followed by lower body toning.
PreB: Protein shake
After gym: Cheese stick
B: Cup o Joe, Scrambled egg w/ vegies, ham and cheese in it (didn't eat alot of it)
L: Tuna salad
S: Cheese stick, Protein shake
D: Leftover steak w/ green beans, butter, almonds
S: Protein shake
S: Blue Bunny SF Ice Cream Pop perhaps?
Water: 16.9 Propel, 40 oz regular, working on next 20 oz
Vitamins: Got 1 dose calcium and my iron to go (separate of course)
Exercise: Gym this morning, walk at lunch
B: Made 1/3 c Mueslix/Kashi stuff (multi-grain/flax oatmeal) with 2/3 cup ff milk, handful of raspberries, handful of sliced almonds - ate maybe 1/3 of it
L: whole grain flourless toast (1 slice) with about 7-8 slices roast beef, 1 slice lowfat swiss, and lite mayo with handful of spinach
D: 2 chicken flauta and Blue Bunny sf pb bar (WHY did you guys tell me about these?!?!)
I've had 20 oz water, 17 oz Lipton Diet Green Tea, about 4 oz decaf hot tea, both calcium and multi-vitamin dose. Will have my iron later.
I am also planning on a 20 oz sf, decaf, nonfat mocha later. Tonight is my WLS support group meeting.

B - only some fresh cherries ... bad, bad me, not a real breakfast! but i did get in 20g. protein w/milk
L- chinese chick and some rice, shared with my daughter
s- stole a few bites of son's cookie...we were shopping at the outlet mall and what I really wanted was chocolate from the chocolate store...I stole two bites of his cookie and we just walked past the candy store!
D - 2 very sm. slices of pizza (cheese, pepp. and mushroom)
I'll eat some sort of snack this evening but don't know what
got all vits in (will take last calcium with snack this evening), all fluids in

Monday started out with good intentions but then I wound up operating on 3 hours of sleep and my long lost "aunt" has finally decided to make an apperance (yay!) so yesterday was kind of a trainwreck... Let's see if I can remember:
Early AM: Mini 100% WW bagel with FF Cream Cheese (I never eat this early, not sure what motivated me to do this...)
Pre-B - Nectar 1.5 scoops
B - Low carb yogurt
MS: PB Crackers
Lunch: 2 slices of deli ham, ff cream cheese, cheese stick, rolled up
AS: Protein Bar
AS: a few rice cakes (my blood sugar was dropping in the afternoon)
AS: Iced Venti SF Hazlenut NF Latte
AS: Combos (At class)
D: Lean Cuisine Panini
NS: Skinny Cow NSA Ice cream sandwhich
I did "okay" with water, at least towards the end of the day. Had more coffee than I should have but I was struggling with the lack of sleep. Missed my vitamins last night, as well. SOOOOOOO tired..
