1. Designer whey- chocolate: 1 1/2 scoops in a 20 oz. coffee w/pink sweetner and creamer.
2. Atkins Advantage choco-chip granola bar: 220 cal. 17 gr. protein, 6 gr. fiber 8 gr. tot. fat, sugars 1gr., sugar alcohol 2 gr.( Safeway is discontinuing them and selling stock for $ 3.99 a box ) great deal!

4. chicken breast/roasted w/mand oranges over salad w/nuts (cashews, almonds,pecans)

-Quaker Weight Control Brown Sugar Oatmeal (it has less sugar thant the low sugar ) with a banana

I do like the Power Crunch Bars but I only eat those occasionally. I'm currently out and don't plan on buying them anytime soon. I do remember that they have 15 grams of protein.

Peaches and Cream Instant oatmeal, I add about 1/2 scoop of AnyWhey Protein Mix so that it's usually about 13-17 grams of protein.

Chili, Chicken Ceasar Wrap, or leftovers from previous night's dinner.
5. What is your favorite thing to eat for dinner?
I really love my spaghetti. I try to keep the pasta down to 1 1/2 to 3 oz of whole wheat spaghetti and then have 7-9 oz of the sauce. I have to measure this because I love it so much I could really overeat.
6. What is your favorite thing to eat as a snack?
During the summer, frozen yogurt or SF ice cream. During the winter, SF cookies.
7. What is your favorite beverage?
I absolutely love the new Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus. I've tried the tea with Mixed berry when we went to California and it was very good also. But alas, they don't sell it in Idaho yet.
8. What is your favorite sugar free indulgence?
The Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bars. I've decided to quit buying it because it's too good and I want more than one. Unfortunately SF doesn't mean calorie-free!

I'm with you Linda on the SF ice cream. I love it way way too much. So we only buy it every few weeks. There are 6 pops in a box so that's 3 days worth for the two of us. Try to limit them to occassionally. Actually we had a ban on sugar alcohols in the house for a good month to month in a half. LOL!

1. My doc doesn't have us having protein shakes "officially", but I find them to be a good, satisfying snack once in a while. The only one I have is EAS AdvantEdge premixed.
2. These can be evil incarnate. I like Power Crunch bars.
3. Old fashioned oatmeal with 1 Splenda and a shake of cinnamon.
4. Spinach salad with cubes of turkey and Newman's own Asian dressing.
5. Dinner: salmon and baked asparagus.
6. Snack: protein bars, Power Crunch bars, Luna Bar, PowerBar Mojo Bar
7. Iced tea, decaf
7. SF indulgence: SF jello with 2 Tb. Cool Whip (not SF, but I don't dump on this much).
