Nectar Lemon Tea - scoop and a half mixed w/ 12 oz water and a few ice cubes shaken not stirred
IDS Cinnamon Vanilla - scoop and a half mixed with 12 oz chilled coffee, generous splash of half and half, a few packs of Sweet 'n Low and ice cubes again shaken not stirred

Pria bars. Don't have the info. But since sugar alcohols give me gassssss, I eat the Power Crunch bars if I have bars since they only have splenda in them. Love them all except the Vanilla ones (ucky to me!).

Devil eggs! I'll find the recipe... egg yolks, mustard, mayo, hot sauce, drained sweet pickle relish (splenda sweetened, of course), salt, pepper.

Rich's chicken salad w/ toasted walnuts in there.
5. What is your favorite thing to eat for dinner?
Anything grilled (shrimp, steak, chicken) and baked asparagus.

String cheese, other cheese or my splenda sweetened cinnamon almonds.
7. What is your favorite beverage?
I'm a big iced tea drinker. We make a pot of iced tea with Mango tea bags or Passion Fruit Papaya tea bags and sweet 'n low.

Blue Bunny SF Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Pops. No question.
Though my cream cheese chocolate dip for strawberries rocks the house too.

that as a base.)
We also roast chopped walnuts in a dry skillet for a few minutes and add it in. Yummy!

Isopure Zero Carb Mango/Peach and Vanilla. I mix one scoop of each into 10-12 oz of water and shake. It has 220 calories (per 2 scoops) and 50 grams/protein, zero carbs.

I don't really eat protein bars much anymore. Sometimes I'll eat an Atkins Advantage or Pure Protein low carb ones. I don't have any in my house right now so I don't know the nutritional info. I buy ones that have the most protein for the least calories.

I will either have an omlette (made with 1 egg and 2 additional egg whites) with loads of veggies (mushrooms, spinach, sometimes tomatoes, and some form of low fat or ff cheese) OR I will have multi-grain cereal (5-grain oatmeal with flax, etc.) with fruit or fruit spread mixed in with some nuts

An open faced grilled sandwich. Right now my fav is roast beef with lf swiss and sauteed spinach, onions, and mushrooms with a little lf mayo.

Chicken and/or fish as they are the easiest for me to eat. Or the 94% lean ground beef in something

Cheese - but I tend to overdo it, so I don't too often. I try to get the most protein for the least calories in my snacks (not that it's always the case, sometimes the nachos are just calling my name!!) Somtimes it's fruit. I'm really trying to make my snacks fruit and/or veggies

Lipton Diet Green tea - drink 1-2 bottles/day
8. What is your favorite sugar free indulgence?
SF cookies!! Especially the shortbreads and pecan sandies. LOVE them!!
