Let's see... for me...
Pre-B: Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake w/ 1 tiny scoop of Upcal-D (calcium citrate 500 mg)
B: Cup o' joe (hey, no ulcers so...), deli ham, turkey and cheese
L: Rich's wonderful chicken salad
S: 1 oz cheddar cheese, Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake (drinkin' it now...)
....
Later tonight...
D: Piece of baked salmon, green beans w/ butter and almonds
S: Protein shake/bar
Water: 60 oz down, next 20 oz started
Vitamins: A scant few left
Exercise: Nada

AM - dose of prostat liquid protein and two cups of hot tea.
B - Weight control oatmeal - cinnamin flavored
L - Atkins protein bar, carb control yogurt and some raw veggies (carrots and cuke slices)
S - Strive protein bar with a tablespoon of peanutbutter smeared on top (okay, I didn't need the PB, but it was good!)
D - Went to Bennigans and had the "Flaherty's Fish", which is pan seared Tilapia with some kind of sauce and capers. YUMMY!!! I had them hold the orzo and hold the fried onion thingys and give me extra broccoli instead. I ate the whole piece of fish (probably about 6 oz or so) and was very full from that so I didn't touch the broccoli.
Water - Got in 80-100 oz of liquids (water, tea, ets)
vitamins - yes
exercise - day off
