I hope I don't come off as super judgemental about how anyone is doing here. I know I sure struggle with doing the right thing when it comes to eating. Exercise seems to be the only thing I do really right! Lori

Tracy, OF COURSE, WE MISSED YOU! So glad to have you back. I hope that your detoxing is going well. Detoxing is definitely the right term too. I think so many of us have "been there, done that" and I know I certainly have. I find that sugar and white stuff sets off unbelievable cravings in me. As long as I steer clear... I'm golden. Sorry to have to deal with the jealous sister. She definitely has some major issues. And I definitely agree with Mary in that often in relationships there are roles/identities that are filled. When one person changes and the roles/identities change... boy does that upset the balance of things! Some deal with the changes well. Others not-so-well. I think it is great that you set up boundaries for what makes you comfortable. Hope your sister can respect those boundaries. I suspect it'll be hard for her and I suspect that the evil-green-eyed-monster named jealousy will rear it's ugly head again. How about posting a new face for message board posts? You look so wonderful! You can upload yourself but the photo has to be cropped and sized to no more than 100 by 100 pixels. I can help if you need. Welcome home, Tracy! Kathy

Hey Kath! you're right about trigger foods setting off cravings! Anyway, I may take you up on the offer to crop a picture for me. I'd love to have one of those where you see a small version of the old pic in the corner of the new pic. Know what I'm talking about? Anyway, I have to work on getting a new face shot, which is a pain because I do not have a digital camera. So, I have to use up a whole roll of film (which takes time), them get it developed to see if there's anything decent, etc. The last batch of pics, I had my mother take a bunch of new face shots and she cut off the top of my head in EVERY SINGLE SHOT!!! It's my own fault, though. That's what I get for having someone who has had multiple surgeries on both eyes and is having more eye surgery in the fall take pictures. I'll have to get my sister or my friend to take some. Anyway, thanks again and I'll email you the pics whenever I get them!
