What are we eating on Wed?
Ok everyone shake off those 4th of July BBQ Blues....
Today is a new day
breakfast-nectar and a sweet italian sausage (leftover from the grill
snack-pickle
lunch- salad from the mall
snack-protein drink
dinner-some form of protein on the grill
water, water and more water
I have a date so I may have late nite ****tail...or two
AM - One dose of prostat liquid protein, 2 cups of hot tea
breafast - 1/2 cup shrimp salad, 1/2 apple
lunch - strive protein bar, carb control yogurt, baby carrots and cucmber slices.
snack - not sure, maybe an atkins snack bar and some raw veggies (sliced bell peppers and carrots).
dinner - one cup vegetarian chili, a salad, and some dessert (either a s/f pudding or popsickle).
vitamins: done.
Water - will try to get in 100 oz of liquids (water, tea, diet punch)
exercise - of course! some form of cardio and it's lower body toning night.

B. coffee atkins prot/cereal bar
S. cup diced fruit in sf jello
L. chicken over salad w/ mandarin oranges ( going to try the new salad spray) on it

D. squash w/tomatoes and onions sauteed w/garlic topped w/ parmeson ch, roasted chicken leg
S. yogurt and fruit, maybe 1 pt. mini iced oatmeal bar

Bfast was oatmeal with strawberry fruit spread and almonds mixed in with a touch of vanilla and Splenda
Lunch was a Tuscan Chicken wrap from Subway with spinach, black olives, and red onions
S: Kashi honey, almond, flax granola bar and 24 FF, SF, Decaf coconut latte ****d)
Dinner will be something leftover. It's hard to say cuz leftovers are hit and miss for me. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I've got leftover homemade bbq ckn pizza (wheat crust), pork roast, chicken chili/soup, and something else but I can't remember what. So I may have something from this list or may end up eating something all together different. Dunno yet.
Have drank 17 oz diet green tea, and 17 oz water in addition to my latte. Have taken my multi and both calcium doses and will take my iron later.
I'll probably have a glass of wine later and some form of fruit and/or protein (probaby a smoothy).
