I didn't respond last night because I had no clue what I was eating today.. lol Pre B - Protein Shake B - 6 oz low carb yogurt, 3 strawberries, and a couple of tablespoons of granola MS - 1/2 a cucumber L - chicken salad kit thingy S - 2 cheese sticks and 2 slices of deli ham S - 1/2 cup almonds D - baked cod (about 4 oz), two bites of baked potato, very small salad S - Blue Bunny Chocolate PB Icecream Bar S - Small apple Total Calories: 1614 Fat: 78 Carbs: 103 Protein: 141 Vits - got em all Water/Fluids: over 100oz Probably could have done without the almonds - they were there, at my desk, and I got snacky... Accounted for a full 25% of my calorie intake today and 1/2 my fat, but I think I read that nut fats are good fats, right? Of course, the ice cream bar was... well, it was an ice cream bar. SF, of course, but not the greatest choice... Oh well, I've had worse days. Staying away from the white carbs is harder than I thought. I had to really push myself not to make 1/2 a sandwhich for lunch, or eat a couple of crackers with my salad. I did have a couple of bites of potato, but I think it's breads/crackers that are the hardest for me.

Okay, add 2 pretzels (the big hard ones) and some sf banana pudding with 3 strawberries and a dollop of cool whip free... I'm on Provera to try and fix my cycle and the damn stuff has me wanting to eat the entire house.
