Yesterday was a good day...
I managed to get all my vitamins and water in yesterday, and did really well on my eating and water, as well. I had some MAJOR carb cravings, but I toed the line... We'll see if today goes as well... I managed to lose a couple of pounds overnight - kind of a wacky scale thing... I weighed myself 3 times this morning to make sure it's right. Can only imagine it was water fluctuation...
Here's what I ate and my Fitday stats:
B: 1 cup oatmeal and a banana
L: 1 cup chicken salad and a few crackers
S: Protein Bar
S: 2 oz of cheese
D: 4-5 oz Porkchop, some grilled peppers/onions and a tablespoon of wild rice
Late night snack: 1/2 cup sf pudding with strawberries and half a banana
For the day, that was 1259 calories, 50g fat, 123g carbs and 90g protein. Didn't quite hit the 40/30/30 protein/fat/carb distribution I'd like to have hit, but overall, not too bad...
