Gym Is Open (Friday)
Hope you all have a good 4th of July four day weekend coming up. I have to work on the 3rd, but, my boss has not yet decided if we can work from home...hope so.
Here is what I did at the gym today:
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
Then I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.
