bre breakfast-protein drink
breakfast- a grande mocha light from Starbucks-no whipped, skim milk
lunch-something that I can have again for dinner
Never thought I would say this, but I'm sick of eating!
and even more so cooking
exercise will =Sam's Club, Walmart, Shop-Rite and Party City
I'm having a graduation cooklout for Ty tommorow (kindergarten)
so I will be running like a crazy woman!
B: cup of yogurt with 3 cut up strawberries
S: toast (16-grain flourless) with 1 tbsp sf pb and 1 tsp 100% fruit spread
S2: Trail mix kashi bar
L: Dunno
D: some sort of chicken - probably grilled with veggies and brown rice
I'm just kind of snacking this morning - well, now it's 1:15 in the afternoon. I'm not really eating anything of substance so I've been "hungry" all day. It stops now!!
I've had about 20 oz of water and all but my 2nd calcium.
Exercise today will be my PT exercises and that's all I'm allowed!
