OK, vacation's over, back on your head

Hi, I'm back from vacation. Vacation was very, very fun. But it was also tough -- because I discovered a bit more boundary pushing than I probably should have. I put on a couple of pounds. I'm struggling to get back into the mindset of losing that. I've gone through a household purge of white flour items. There weren't a lot of things, but I realize that I'm slipping back into some not-so-hot behaviors. I want to move to Ireland -- Dublin, to be specific, and work in the high-tech industry there. Good to have our own little shamrock back among us ! Happy it was so much fun and even desirable to re-locate there. Can we come along ??? Whenever we travel and return ...its back to basics.
