Help with photos

How can I shrink a photo, I tried to upload my message board photo, but its tooo big. I dont have paint shop....any suggestions would be appreciated

Upload your photo to photobucket.com and it will give you the option to resize it (under edit). Once you do that, save it again to your computer and VIOLA! You got it! Michelle
