What are you eating today (Wed)
I am on my grind for the next 3 weeks, I've just been asked to be the Mistress of Ceremonies for my family reunion in Georgia....havent seen these folks in 1-2 years, so I must be fabulous
pre breakfast-protein drink
breakfast - 3 boiled egg whites
lunch-scoop of tuna, lettuce tomatoe, onions, and balsamic
snack-protein drink
dinner-probably chicken or shrimp
at least 100oz of water all vitamins, and a walk with Leslie

S. choc. mint zone bar 11am {cuz really shakey waves of weakness ( got shakey after 2 hrs eating the oatmeal even tho it has 9 gr. prot. !?) lo-blood sugar issues

D. salad w. a smidgeon of bluecheese dr. 1/2 baked pot.w/ butter &sr. cr., 3 oz lean steak
S. late eve. 1 sf yogurt w/ fruit salad
