What are you eating on Tuesday
Must confess last night's snack ended up being a lot more than I said it would be. It ended up being:
2 pieces SF candy (about 75 calories), a yogurt, orange, Kashi granola bar, and about 1-1/2 oz 2% cheddar cheese
Later snack was 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Today:
B: about 5 bites of 5-grain & flax oatmeal with splenda, unsweetened coconut, and walnuts - just wasn't hungry
After bfast: protein drink
L: grilled roast beef and lite swiss sandwich (I take a piece of bread and put Smart Balance light in the pan and grill one side, then flip it over and put lite mayo, sauteed onions and spinach on the bread, add 6 slices shaved roast beef, and 2 slices of Alpine Lace swiss), and about 4-5 slices of the roast beef not on the sammy (six slices are considered 1 serving) - I'm eating this now and if I still feel somewhat hungry afterwards, I will have an apple or an orange
D: meatloaf and a wheat biscuit and some veggie
S: later will be a yogurt, fruit, all-bran mixture
Have taken both calcium doses and my multi-vitamin. I've had about 20-30 oz of water so far and am planning on lots more. I will take my iron later.
I have done my PT exercises, can't do much more!
pre b - protein shake
b - some cantaloupe and 1 piece of cheesetoast
l - 3oz tuna salad with some triscuts and cheese
s - protein bar
s2 - pack of reduced fat cheese and pb crackers
d- lean pocket, chicken parmesan
s- something later, who knows yet. this is the time where I 'graze' alot.
all vits in, fluid level is good!!
