Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
I had a great workout this morning. I'm still pretty sore from my meeting with my trainer on Saturday...she really worked my abs.
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then 30 minutes lower body work:
hip abduction
back extensions
leg press
leg curl up
reverse crunches
I've got an outdoor concert tonight, John Hiatt and the North Mississippi Allstars, so we will see if I make it to the gym tomorrow.
