As for me...
Pre-B: Nectar shake
B: 1.5 slices provolone, 2 hard boiled eggs, cup o' coffee (hey, no ulcers...so coffee!)
L: Tuna salad
S: 2 slices provolone
D: Am supposed to meet Becky but I feel like complete and utter crap right now so I may stay home and eat a chicken cutlet and green beans...
S: Nectar shake
Water: 40 oz in. Working on more.
Vitamins: Doing well.
Exercise: Nada.

b- a protein smoothie made with yogurt
l - 2 oz of leftover chicken breast, 1 cheesestick, a few bites of broccoli and one bite of cornbread.
s - protein bar
d - lean pocket, the turkey and broccoli with cheese. plus 1 reese's peanut butter cup.
all vitamins in, and I have been drinking, drinking, drinking!

B: 2 scoops Isopure in 12 oz water
L: 1 whole egg & 2 egg white omlette (made with 3 pieces canadian bacon, about 1 cup sauteed spinach (ended up being maybe 2 tbsp after sautee), 3 mushrooms, slice of onion, and 2 slices American cheese (2%)), 1 slice 16 grain flourless toast with about 1 tbsp Smart Balance margarine
S: SBD 100 calorie snack bar (pb/chocolate chip)
D: turkey burger on 1/2 wheat muffin (sauteed onions and mushrooms and spinach, slice of Healthy Choice swiss, lite mayo)
S: will be some fruit and yogurt as I've had no fruit or dairy today
Water: about 40-50 oz so far
Vits: everything but iron and am going to take that now
Exercise: PT today - not allowed anything else at this point.
