Gym Is Open (Monday)

I was in a big rush so I only had time to do 15 minutes on the treadmill, then I did my new strength training routine that my trainer gave me on Saturday. It is heavy on the arms and abs. I was up 1.5 lbs this morning, so I'd better take a very long walk tonight and crack down on myself...I still really want to lose 38 lbs!!!! What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/237/199

Hey Lori! I got in 20 minutes on the elliptical at resistance 4 (getting there!) and then 50 minutes with my trainer. She increased my abs and arms as well. All of the free weight arm work I did was with 15 pound weights. I think I'm gonna feel it tomorrow . . . Angie
