Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Sorry this is so late. I've been at a work retreat all day. I did exercise this morning. I got in 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes strength training.
I'm headed out for my evening walk now to try and complete my 10,000 steps. I'm only at 4800, so I have 2.5 miles or so to go. It is hot so I'm not looking forward to it. But, I am listening to an interesting book on my iPod so that will help.
