Whats on the menu today? (THU)
Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Decaf (no more...burns me up), cheese omelette, 2 strips bacon
L: Taco meat w/ cheddar cheese
S: Spoonful of PB, protein shake
D: Salmon w/ green beans, couple of rykrisp crackers w/ butter
S: Protein shake
Water: 60 oz down, more coming
Exercise: 3 laps around the parking lot
Vitamins: Yuppers
Okay, in light of my last post...
Pre-B: Protein shake
B - was going to be oatmeal but I blew it up in the microwave (eewww) so it was 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of colby and 2/3 of a banana
L - 3/4 of a 6" Subway club
S - 1 cup of pineapple and cantaloupe
S - 1/2 of a cucumber
S - 6 pb crackers
D - dunno... probably a WW meal
Water - doing pretty good today, and cut way back on my coffee
Vits - on track
I did much better today than I have been doing, but the night is young... I probably would have felt a lot better about it if I had passed on the PB crackers.
B: 1/3 cup (precooked) 5-grain and flax oatmeal with handful of walnuts and 1 tsp apricot fruit spread (sf all fruit)
L: 3 shrimp, spoonful of my homemade macaroni salad (WAY healthy - loaded with veggies and made with lf mayo), about 5 nachos (way NOT healthy)
D: rice and black eyed peas
S: (will be) protein shake with fruit in it and probably something else - protein shakes just don't do it for fullness anymore
