Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Hi guys! Hope you are all doing well!
Here is what I did at the gym this morning:
For cardio, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph and random elevations.
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
I plan to walk more tonight.

Hi Lori,
I was planning on moving my body, but instead got to stand out in the Vegas heat for over 2 hours. My vehicle was an innocent bystander in an auto accident, and got its rear end crunched. So, I'm thankful that no one was hurt, but it did put a kink into my evening (and I'm sure a few more days afterwards as well). Looking forward to getting the cardio in Wednesday!
