I've had 2 protein drinks 1 chicken wing 1/2 cup of macaroni salad with tuna 1/4 of a tuna melt dinner will be a chef salad about 30 0z of liquids...tea, water, and protein drinks, going to follow up with 40 oz pure water. Aliya

Hi Aliya Breakfast - Coffee with whey protein 180cal (15gms)protein Snack - 1 oz peanuts 160cal (7gms)protein Lunch - 4 oz of peel and eat shrimp 155cal (30gms)protein Dinner - 4oz ham steak with sweet coleslaw 200cal (22gms)protein water, water, water, CL, water 100oz of liquid total 74gms protein under 700 calories GOOD DAY Today!!! Pre-B: Protein shake B: Cup o' joe, 1.5 hard boiled eggs L: Deli ham and American cheese S: .5 hard boiled egg that I couldn't eat this morning, protein shake S2: Two rykrisp crackers with whipped butter D: Grilled shrimp (w/ butter, cumin, cilantro and jalapeno!), roasted cauliflower S: Few bites of cantaloupe, protein shake Water: 60 oz down more to come Vitamins: Got my iron to take Exercise: 3 laps around my office parking lot at lunch (20 minutes) Kathy

B - 2 Quiche Cups & 1 SF Banana muffin S - 1 banana L - 3 oz tuna w/balsamic vinegar & feta cheese, 1 svg of soy crisps, baby carrots S - 6 oz yogurt & 2T sunflower seeds D - 1 1/2 cups homemade tortilla soup, handful of blue corn chips YUMMY! Angie

Hi Barb, The tortilla soup recipe is Rachael Ray's. Here is the link through the Food Network: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_33658,00.html It's a great soup, and without the chips, it's about 250 calories per serving. I think it's good without the chips, but who can resist?
