Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Cup o' joe, 1.5 hard boiled eggs
L: Deli ham and American cheese
S: .5 hard boiled egg that I couldn't eat this morning, protein shake
S2: Two rykrisp crackers with whipped butter
D: Grilled shrimp (w/ butter, cumin, cilantro and jalapeno!), roasted cauliflower
S: Few bites of cantaloupe, protein shake
Water: 60 oz down more to come
Vitamins: Got my iron to take
Exercise: 3 laps around my office parking lot at lunch (20 minutes)

It's a great soup, and without the chips, it's about 250 calories per serving. I think it's good without the chips, but who can resist?
