Gym Is Open (Monday)
I did go swimming for an hour yesterday after my radio show.
But, I did not make it to the gym this morning...I have no good excuse, except sleep felt like the thing to do instead...but, now I only have 1286 of my 10,000 steps required for the day so far, so I'm going to have to take a very long walk tonight to make up for it.
What did you do to move your body today?

Hey Lori,
I did 30 minutes cardio on the elliptical and then weight training with my trainer. We did a series of abs that was incredible. I think I'm going to try and incorporate it on my cardio only days.
When I asked my trainer why I couldn't get my heart rate above 120 when doing cardio, she wanted to know what resistance I was using. I said 2, and she wants me to be at least at a 5 -- I guess I'm gonna have some tough days ahead of me. But I'm ready for the challenge, and I always do better when someone else is challenging me. If it were up to me, I'd be happy staying at 2, when my body can probably do much more.
