Gym Is Open (Weekend)

Hey guys...sorry for no post for the past couple of days. I've been enjoying life....good excuse right? Well, I'm at the radio station doing my "Father's Day Special" show. I haven't exercised yet today, but after my show I'm either going swimming or going for a walk. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Since moving it's and now home with the kids all summer it's been harder than I thought to exercise. I'm usually pretty good when it comes to floor stuff and weights but I have been naughty. However, we do get to the pool/river 5 times a week at least and we have lots of fun in the sun. I swim and chase my kids...the toddler is nonstop! I've got to be burnin' something! Today we did go to the pool and I swam a few laps on my own.

Ana, Chasing a toddler has got to be burning calories! Just keep trying to work exercise back in again until it is part of your day...All the swimming is great! I'm glad you are doing so well! Lori

Well, Sunday is my rest day, sort of speaking. Saturday, I work out with the PT in the AM. We normally work on upper body, including: Back Shoulders Arms Stomach Cardio includes 45 minutes on the treadmill. 5 minute walks and 5 minute runs. What a workout!!!! NB 283/200/180 (5"11 and loving it!!!)

NB, If you are 5'11 and weighing 200 lbs, you must look like a model now!!! Woohoo for you! Sounds like a great workout!!!! Lori (5'9" and 235.5 currently, got a ways to go before I can be considered svelte!)
